Comedy and Improvisation in Business
Katy is a dynamic performer who utilises her specialist skills in improvisation to bring out the joy and confidence of her audience, providing invaluable tools for life and business, or as great after-dinner entertainment.
She works with clients in the UK, America and Europe including charities, large corporations and government bodies.
Passing on her award-winning comedy know-how, Katy creates and teaches workshops in Presentation Skills, Agile Leadership, Creativity and Team Building. She leads break-out sessions, half day and full day workshops and made to measure one-off sessions.
For the last 15 years, Katy has been working with critically acclaimed and award-winning improvisational comedy companies, delivering training and performances for the corporate and public sector. These include The Maydays, Second City, Hoopla Business, Rideout, 360 Vision and Spark Creative. Working as an improviser for The Exhibiting Agency, Katy has also helped a range of different companies increase their business through trade shows in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Amsterdam and Brussels. These include EDF, Guy Salmon and Fujifilm Sericol.
Her know-how draws on critically acclaimed comedy performances, including the Funny Women stand-up comedy finals in London’s famous Comedy Store, Best Comedy Show at Brighton Festival with Mayday! The Musical, the Bafta-nominated Treason Show and Fringe First winners News Revue.
